Need a hand? Most answers are below. To reach a person, email duke@eresonate.com.
1. Signing In
- eResonate has no passwords. Sign in with a code or link sent to your email, a code sent by text if you added a phone number, or with Apple or Google.
- Your recovery code is how you get back in on a new device. It is shown once, when it is made, and cannot be shown again. If you did not save it, get a new one in the app: open Settings & Privacy, choose Recovery code, then Get a new recovery code. That signs out every other device.
- To sign out a lost device, use the list of devices where you are signed in: in the app under Settings, Devices. Signing out everywhere else also gives you a new recovery code.
2. Creating an Account
- eResonate is for adults: you must be 18 or over. When you create an account, we ask about your age (see our Terms, section 1).
- In the app, if you are asked to set up your Apple Account first, do that in the Settings app, then open eResonate again.
- If the app says eResonate is invite-only right now, use an invite link from a member, or join the waitlist.
3. The App
eResonate for iPhone and iPad needs iOS or iPadOS 26.5 or later. You need an account to use it. Without one, the app shows sign-in, account creation, Help & Safety, our legal pages and the intimate-image removal form.
4. Text Alerts
Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help. Show alerts by text explains the program in full.
5. Safety, Privacy and Your Data
- Help & Safety: report something, block someone, appeal a decision.
- Delete your account, or download your data in Settings.
- Privacy Policy; privacy questions to privacy@eresonate.com.
6. Who We Are
eResonate is operated by eResonate Media Corporation, 475 Washington Blvd., Marina Del Rey, CA 90292.
