Community Guidelines

Effective 20 October 2026 · Version 2026-10

eResonate is a place for live music and the people who make it happen. These guidelines apply everywhere on eResonate: profiles, posts, comments, direct messages, groups and group chat, band and venue pages, shows, calls and Backstage. They sit alongside our Terms of Service. eResonate is for adults: you must be 18 or over to use it.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Breaking these guidelines can get content removed and an account limited, suspended or closed, and the most serious breaks close an account the first time.

1. Never Allowed: Child Sexual Exploitation

Nothing that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child, in any form: images, video, drawings, generated or altered images, text, or links to any of these. That includes sexualising a minor, grooming, sextortion and trafficking. We remove it, close the account for good and report it to the authorities. Our Child Safety Standards explain more.

2. Never Allowed: Intimate Images Without Consent

Do not share, or threaten to share, a nude or sexual image or video of anyone without their consent, including one that was faked or altered. The person shown can ask us to remove it, with or without an account, through our intimate-image removal process, and we remove it within 48 hours of a valid request.

3. Keep People Safe

4. Respect People

5. Sexual Content and Graphic Violence

6. Be Real

7. Music and Rights

Only post what you have the right to share. Shows follow the live-music rules in section 4 of our Terms of Service, including filing a complete setlist before going live. If you believe something on eResonate infringes your copyright, see our copyright policy.

8. How We Enforce These Guidelines

9. Report and Block

Signed in, use the menu next to a post, comment, message or profile to report it or to block the person. Without an account, use our report form or write to report@eresonate.com. Blocking takes effect at once and the other person is not told. If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first.
