Who Can Find You

Bands and venues are public by nature. They want to be found. A fan account is a person, so these are yours to set.

Private Account You disappear from search and from Explore. Your profile shows a locked state to anyone who is not a connection, and your posts leave public feeds. People you are already connected to see everything as before. Findable by Email Lets someone who already has your email address find you when they import their contacts. Your address is never shown to them, and never leaves your device unhashed. Weekly Email About My Groups One email on Monday: what happened in your groups that week and what's coming up. Off unless you switch it on. Show My Groups on My Profile Lists the public groups you're in on your profile card. Private groups and friends groups are never shown, whatever you choose here.

Who Can See Your Lists

A follow is a public act. A connection is the private tier, so it starts hidden.

Your Connections Your number is always shown. This controls who can open the list and see who they are. On Connections Only, someone sees just the connections the two of you share.

Who You Follow The bands and rooms whose posts and shows you get. Your number is always shown; this controls who can open the list. On Connections Only, someone sees just the accounts you both follow.

Who Follows You Your follower count is always shown. This controls who can open the list. On Connections Only, someone sees just the people who follow you both.

Contact Details on Your Profile

Every one of these is off. Nothing here appears on your profile until you switch it on, and switching it on makes it visible to anyone who opens your page, including people who are not signed in.

Show My Email Address The address you sign in with, shown as a link anyone can mail.

Phone Number Only shown when the switch below is on.

Show My Phone Number Publishes the number above on your profile page.

Address Only shown when the switch below is on. Most people should leave this empty and set a city on their profile instead.

Show My Address Publishes the address above on your profile page, to anyone with the link.

Connection Requests

Connecting to a fan needs that fan's approval. Connecting to a band or venue is instant, so those never appear here.

Waiting on Them

Requests you have sent that have not been answered yet.

Your Connections

Everyone you are connected to. Removing one takes it away for both of you; they are not told, and either of you can ask again later.

Blocked

Blocking removes the connection in both directions and hides you from each other.

Email & Notifications

You always see everything inside eResonate. The alert dot and your inbox never go quiet. These switches decide only what we send to your email.

Show Alerts The morning of a show at a room you follow, a band you follow, or one you said you were going to. Messages When someone you’re connected to sends you a direct message. Requests from strangers never email you. Groups When someone @mentions you in a channel, or a group approves your request to join. Never ordinary chatter. Reactions and Comments When someone reacts to or comments on something you posted. Connections When someone asks to connect, accepts your request, or joins from your invite. Bookings and Pages Booking requests, holds, setlists and page approvals. They only reach you if you run a band or venue page. SPLIT When someone calls your pick, starts a rivalry, or the night’s result is in. News from eResonate Occasional announcements about the platform itself. They are rare, and never a sales pitch.

By Text

A text for the shows you follow, to the mobile number on your account. Off unless you turn it on.

Show Alerts by Text Turn this on and you agree to receive text messages from eResonate Media Corporation: a reminder the morning of a show you follow, and a text when a show you are going to starts. That is around 2–8 messages a month, depending on how much you follow. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help, or switch this off here at any time. Always On

Two things we email whatever else you switch off, because missing them costs you something real.

Money When a payout is sent to you. 🔒

Your Email

Sign-in links and every email from eResonate go to this address. It is not shown on your profile unless you switch that on under Privacy.

Your Address on eResonate

A short, clean link you can put anywhere. Pick it once and keep it. Every link anyone has shared stops working when it changes.

Your Phone

Add a mobile number and you can sign in with a texted code instead of a link. It is never shown on your profile, and nobody can find you by it.

Name, photo, bio, home genre and links are edited on your profile.

Recovery Code

eResonate has no passwords. This code is how you get back in on a new device, so keep it somewhere safe.

Only shown when your account is created. If you did not save it, sign in on a device that is already signed in and copy it from there.

Your Data

Everything eResonate holds about you, in one file.

Delete Your Account

This removes your profile, posts, messages, connections and follows. It cannot be undone.
