How a room works
- 1Pick a room, or start one. Public rooms are open to anyone watching. Private rooms take a link, so only the people you send it to can get in.
- 2Camera is optional. Join with your face on, or stay as a tile with your name. Nobody is on camera unless they choose to be, and turning it off is one tap.
- 3The show keeps playing. The room lives beside the stream, not on top of it. Go full screen and the room comes with you as a tab in the side rail.
- 4React together. Emotes pop on the tiles, and reactions you send land on the stream for everyone watching, not just your room.
What happens to your camera
A room never turns your camera on. You join as a tile, and the camera button is yours to press or ignore.
In this demo the camera preview is local only. Your video is not uploaded, recorded or sent anywhere.
Leaving the room, or closing the tab, releases the camera immediately. The light goes out with it.
