Located in a 1940s era pole barn that was originally used to house sheep and hogs, Tavern in the Gruene is a unique Texas hangout situated less than a mile from the Gruene Historic District right next to Gruene Homestead Inn. The Tavern is an air-conditioned live music venue with a full bar and huge outdoor patio, projector screen, shuffleboard table, pool table, electronic dart board, washers game, cornhole, and both indoor and outdoor stages... a unique spot for good times!" Most shows take place on Friday and Saturday nights and on Sundays during the day.
