Proof is a Craft Centric Bar with hand crafted cocktails. We believe in local, so some of our whiskey's are coming from The Sons of Liberty. Our beer from Whalers, and our meats and greens from local farms. All meats will come from free range farms. Come by and enjoy hand crafted cocktails, a speakeasy atmosphere, awesome select food and speakeasy style entertainment! Live music is held Thursday - Saturday nights with Thursdays being open mic.
