Since 1966, The Nameless Coffeehouse has been a launching pad for many well known folk (and other) performers including Tracy Chapman, Patty Larkin, The Story (Jonatha Brooke and Jennifer Kimball), Ellis Paul, Dar Williams, John Gorka, Bob Franke, Ric Ocasek (The Cars), and comics Andy Kaufman and Jay Leno. The mission of the coffeehouse is and has always been to provide a stage for up and coming performers as well as established artists." They host live music and performances sporadically on Saturdays from September to April. No shows are held during the summer.
