The atmosphere at the Bon Temps is casual and comfortable. Hanging beads and memorabilia cover the walls. Zydeco music (live blues and jazz on Wednesday nights from 6-8 PM) and the wonderful aromas of true southern cooking will make you believe youre in New Orleans. Watch them cook in the open kitchen. If Phils there (and in a good mood), he might even share one of his cooking secrets. If not, ask one of the waitresses, theyre always nice.
